I walked in without an appointment and was looked after within 30 minutes. Dr. Ekene Azuamah is amazing, he is caring and takes his time to assess and diagnose the issue. He really tries to make sure things are looked after. He gave me a prescription and also gave me an X-ray requisition in case medication didn’t work within 3-5 days. The receptionist was awesome, she didn't complain about my kids running around instead she offered them treats and drawing papers to make them happy and keep them engaged. The staff and secretaries are always pleasant and welcoming, the wait times are reasonable, and the clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly. There’s also plenty of parking, which makes visits even easier. Highly recommend Ace Family Clinic to anyone looking for great care in Welland!
